The Superfast Cymru roll out is well underway across North Wales, allowing businesses and residents access to high speed fibre broadband. Latest figures indicate that approximately 18,700 premises across Denbighshire can now access superfast broadband and take up is currently 21.1%
21 of our towns and villages within Denbighshire are expected to benefit from the delivery of the Superfast broadband roll out by summer 2017. Residents and Businesses interested in signing up should check the Superfast Cymru Website to see if their town or village is live.
Exchanges & Cabinets
All of Denbighshire’s exchanges are now live, with the exception of these remaining four: Llandegla, Llanarmon DC, Nantglyn and Llanefydd. These last four exchanges are scheduled to be upgraded at the end of the year.
HOWEVER, just because an exchange is live doesn’t necessarily mean you will be able to access superfast broadband just yet, as work on the cabinets is ongoing and will be throughout 2016.
To check if you can access superfast broadband follow the link below use your postcode and you will be able to see where is live or when it will be.
